Thought it was about time I updated my journal as it's been nearly a year! I'm not sure whether anyone will actually read it because I've not been very active lately but anywayy...

I'm in my 2nd year of college now. On the 2nd year of my BTEC ND Art & Design Course and A2 Photography. I'm enjoying it so much more this year as there's alot more freedom and we're able to do more indiviual work.

I'm also feeling more inspired with photography lately. I've been experimenting with my lights and feel like I'm learning to use them a little better, wich makes me want to improve more. I have loads of crazy ideas running around my head haha, so hopefully I'll be uploading alot more soon!

I have really good news!
I entered a young fashion photographer of the year competition last month and I found out the other day that I'm one of the 10 finalists! I couldn't believe it! The final is in December. I'm really excited!

I've also ordered a flash lighting kit. I can't wait for it to come so I can start taking some photos again. I've been so busy with college and work it's usually dark by the time I get home and there's no decent light.

I got my GCSE results today! I've been so nervous and I wasn't expecting to do that well in some subjects.

But I got all A's and B's and I got an A* in my art. I'm so happy and relieved. And now I can go college where I'm hopefully doing art and photography.

I plan on taking some new photos really soon because I haven't took any for a while. My GCSEs are out of the way now and I have nothing to do until I start college in September which gives me plenty of time for photos!
